Great
MMrLeo999This hotel service is a bit ”sea fishing” feeling, after 10 o'clock in the morning to register the front desk and then we went to have some breakfast! The next day there is Mercedes-Benz V-class delivery machine! The front desk service is also very nice!
JJessiWe booked a room for 2 adults and 1 infant. Our room was nice and spacious with a king sized bed and a chaise lounge sofa -that also was a fold out bed. The room was even large enough for us to comfortably open a Pack-n-Play and still have plenty of room to function. It fit perfectly beside the bed and did not block the sofa so that it could still be used. The room also had two dressers, a tv, a desk with chair, two night stands, a mini fridge, coffee maker, closet with safe and a bathroom with a glass door shower (no tub). This hotel is pet friendly too, so I noticed some claw marks/scratches on the back of our door -but it wasn't very noticeable. The hotel also has a fitness/gym room and a pool. There is a sign in the bathroom that states in order to save on water/energy waste they will change out towels and sheets every three days, but if you’d prefer everyday then just let the front staff know. We stayed for 5 nights and our linens never got changed out, nor did the trash. (Not a dealbreaker for me, as I like my privacy and knew no one had been in our room.)
The staff was really nice and greeted us each morning as we went for our outings. They even offered to take photos for us so we can show our little one when he’s older.
Overall, our stay was lovely. Would definitely book this hotel again when visiting Raleigh.
Llavic francaAffordable. The only thing is there’s no “breakfast” Whatever they have in the morning - caffe, cereal bar and muffin we can’t consider breakfast.
SShelby HankinsOur room was VERY clean upon entry and the front desk staff was pleasant. It is a red roof so as far as I know that brand does not offer breakfast normally but they do have coffee in the mornings at this location. I also liked that I was able to open our window to let in some fresh air. A lot of hotels you aren't able to open the windows at all since they are permanently installed.
GGuest UserIt was a very nice clean room! Front desk clerks were very nice greeters and efficient at getting you in! I did have a problem with the smell of smoke and whatever on my pillow which when asked they kindly took care of it. Great for someone to get away close to sheets! Good on your pockets as well!
JJonesAmandaHotel area was great. In a quiet area. Room was clean and peaceful. Didn't know about the $100 deposit when I got there but it was waived for me. Great service.
GGuest UserGreatly appreciated the two wonderful ladies at the front desk. They made stay very comfortable. Hotel is very near main road with a lot of eating places and grocery stores.
NNotUrAvgGayGuyHotel was clean and somewhat remodeled. Room still had some areas that you could tell had not been updated... They basically did just enough to make it look good... It did remain noisy in the parking lot most of the night with people hollering and loud music playing.. bed was clean and comfortable.. Overall, for the price paid, it was a good choice of places to stay.
NNotUrAvgGayGuyHotel is clean enough for the price paid. Easy check in. Area seemed to get a bit rougher at night than it seemed like it would... Overall a decent place to stay if you're looking for a no frills room to stay the night. Elevator is not working so be prepared to climb stairs to the 2nd or 3rd floors unless you're lucky enough to secure a 1st floor room.
