The hotel is too stingy! The water flow is deliberately adjusted to be very small, as thin as a pencil, and it takes half a day to rub the towel. The water tank in the toilet was also working intermittently, and the sliding door of the shower room would slide open automatically when closed, so I had no choice but to use something to hold it up. I don’t even know how the four stars came about? Maybe it's just that the external environment of the hotel is good, but it's just fake! Will never stay at this hotel again.

staff are accomodating And friendly. I t could have been a perfect stay but the bathroom dooe doesnt close.and the door is literally facinfg the maindoor. in fairness a staff came to fix but unsuccesful. we have to use towels to keep the door close. otherwise its anice place

Stayed here May 24th & 25th for my Son's wedding. The rooms and hotel were very clean. My room had a great view, overlooking the Lake. The beds were spotless & comfortable. They catered the rehearsal dinner and the food & service were Top Notch. Great Breakfast service & High quality food. But the star employee was the bar tender. Jayona Yarborough, was harvest working & most accommodating Mixologist that I've come across. My experience was GREAT....!

No housekeeping service for two days. Front desk was rude, unprofessional and completely lacking in customer service. Shower pressure is terrible. Reported it. No help. Whatsoever. Not a 4 star by any means. Hoping the manager will show up tomorrow and at least try to make it right somehow.

For us this was an expensive stay but we thought it would be worth it. The staff person at the desk was very friendly. The room itself was disappointing. There was one bright light at the door entrance, low lighting over the beds and NO lighting in a large part of the rest of the room over the chaise and TV areas. The room was large so I'd say 1/3 of it was well lit. The closet doors were broken and extremely hard to open and close. We thought the curtain opening mechanism was broken until we were told there was an automatic button which we didn't see. There was 1 small bar of soap and one small lotion with the rest of the toiletries in the shower. The containers were hard to squeeze for older hands. There were LOTS of grab bars in the shower suggesting they cater to older clientele. The worst was the bedside alarm going off at 6:00 a.m. when we had the opportunity to sleep in but obviously that didn't happen.
