It was not a bad place to stay, though we only ate three times for breakfast, 1 the last day which was free due to plane cancelation so they gave my daughter and I free breakfast but the other two times were 1 comp'd that a friend received for three people in which the other was paid for by a friend. Needless to say, I got charged $45 for one day of the breakfast which likely was because the waitress made us put our room #, though she said she understood our meals were comp'd. Sadly even after calling the hotel, speaking to one person who then sent me to the finance manager whom I left a message with but still hasn't called back in almost a week. Frustrating to say the least.

Room Service and food was really good. Breakfast buffet was really good too. Everyone was professional.

I was in room 227 for about a week. When I showered towards the end of the week. The bathroom ceiling was leaking from the shower above and emptied onto my head. I told the front desk and the leak stopped and they didn't fix it. They offered me points for the inconvenience but i never received them and the morning staff at the breakfast buffet had the worst customer service I had ever experienced. They pick and choose who they would help and wait on while others were rerouted to wait. Horrible stay

check in desk was backed up with only one person working. I asked where we could get dinner. she said all places were open until 11pm so we took shuttle only to find out that everything was closed at 930p
