It was not a bad place to stay, though we only ate three times for breakfast, 1 the last day which was free due to plane cancelation so they gave my daughter and I free breakfast but the other two times were 1 comp'd that a friend received for three people in which the other was paid for by a friend. Needless to say, I got charged $45 for one day of the breakfast which likely was because the waitress made us put our room #, though she said she understood our meals were comp'd. Sadly even after calling the hotel, speaking to one person who then sent me to the finance manager whom I left a message with but still hasn't called back in almost a week. Frustrating to say the least.

Check in was simple. I requested a room near an elevator to prevent my mother from having to walk too far. The request was granted.
The facility was nice and the room was adequate. My only 2 concerns were that 1)I was told there was a charge for parking, but then no one took down info about my car, so I could have just parked anyway and 2)the water in the bathroom never got beyond lukewarm, so we weren't able to shower the morning after our stay.
Had we been staying more than one night, we definitely would have complained about paying nearly $300 for a room and not being able to shower.
The biggest plus was the direct access to the hospital across the street for an early morning procedure.

Its took the staffs two days to get an ice bucket after I notified them twice. We didn’t get any clean towels and drinking glasses its looks used
