The rooms are super clean and the house keepers do a great job at what they do., amazing staff, thank you!!!

I’ve stayed there twice & it’s a good hotel for a good price I love that each room has a balcony. The only problem I really had was not all of there lamps have light bulbs

There were homeless people everywhere. They stated they had security around the clock did not see any. People outside in the parking lot smoking ****. I do not recommend staying here. If you are a single lady Do Not Stay Here. Not Safe At All.

My stay at best western sure stay this time was very, very unsatisfactory, unprofessional and sanitize. Very poor service with the accommodations that was supposed to be provided very very poor cleaning

Had a great experience working with Lannette. She assisted me with booking a hotel room at the last minute for a client after having a negative experience with another hotel chain. Lannette was kind and patient and she assisted me with booking a room promptly. She is an asset to Best Western.

Booked for one night, and it served the purpose. Large clean room with all the facilities that we needed. We needed a place to sleep during our road trip and it was the perfect choice. Good breakfast, fast internet, free parking, and well secured property. The only downside is the noise from the next room. Seems like the walls are very thin

I actually loved staying at this hotel UNTIL Thanksgiving morning when someone woke me up by knocking on my door loudly. When i got out of bed I stepped in 3 in of water THAT WAS COMING FROM MY BATHROOM TOILET. It flooded my room and the two below it. The employee who woke me looked into the bathroom, saw the toilet overflowing and then said "We' ll get you into another room, come down to the front desk". I went to the front desk about 20 min later and was informed I needed to check out ASAP and was being charged 2 more days. I had to UBER 40 miles away and borrow a car to move all my belongings. When I returned all the water had been evacuated and the toilet was repaired. The old flapper which stops the water from running was replaced. I took pics of this repair WHICH WAS CLEARLY THE REASON THE TOILET MALFUNCTIONED. IT WAS NOT MY FAULT!!!

I've stayed here many times while visiting family in Raleigh, My family has cat(s) and my cat allergy won't let me stay with them. I know it is not a 5 star hotel but for what I pay, the value is excellent. I've stayed in maybe 10 of the rooms. I've found some rooms are better than others and I prefer to be above the first floor. Not all of the bathrooms ventilate to the exterior, so I have had to open the patio/balcony door to air out a room once or twice. The owners removed the carpet in the rooms and installed vinyl plank flooring, which I think was, and is, an improvement. The pool is clean and relaxing. I have not had any problem with the free parking either. I always partake of the free breakfast, and the staff working the buffet work hard and seem to take pride in doing a good job. I recommend staying here if you don't mind an older hotel in a good location.

We came from out of town for an event and the location was perfect. The staff was polite and courteous. I booked a double room which was clean and spacious. The hotel offers a full breakfast. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
