Great breakfast hospitality and service. The dining area was very clean and the food was very tasty. Our servers Abir and Hussein were both friendly and cordial. I would surely book accommodations at this hotel if I’m ever in the area again.

We had a wonderful time!! Double Tree is consistently one of our favorite staple hotels to visit. Abir and Hassein were lovely and had amazing customer service. They were kind, thoughtful, and regularly checked in to make sure our needs were met. Thank you!

We liked the accessibility of the location. I found some hairs in the floor when I arrived and it was a bit noisy but as expected, as it’s by Capital Blvd. I also didn’t like how they have listed on here that you can check out by noon but expected to have checked out by 11 am. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The restaurant has horrible service. There were only 2 dinner menus, for the whole restaurant and ordering was slow. For breakfast, I waited 10 minutes with no service. It was buffet style, so I decided to just fix a plate and then settle up with the waitress, there were no plates. 🤦♂️

What a lovely hotel. Clean room great breakfast! Lots to choose from! Abir was very nice and attentive. A big surprise was the lovely pool what a great way to spend a hot afternoon! Oh and the chocolate chip cookie made my day!! You can ask for one every night!!

Ibanova was a great bartender and excellent customer service. I appreciate everything she did for me enjoyed the stay . She was patience,sweet. Shout out to the front desk and mangers for their excellent customer service. I definitely will be coming back.
