Ibanova was a great bartender and excellent customer service. I appreciate everything she did for me enjoyed the stay . She was patience,sweet. Shout out to the front desk and mangers for their excellent customer service. I definitely will be coming back.

The rooms are eloquently made, the beds immensely comfortable; however, what I found most comforting during my stay was the staff. It was specifically Abir and Hussein who greeted me with their welcoming and warm smiles every morning while whipping up my breakfast (which was by far the best food I’ve had at a hotel including the 400+ a night ones!!). All in all, I will be returning to DoubleTree Midtown the next time I’m in Raleigh and will continue to recommend it to all I know. Thanks, Hilton Crew!

I recently met some friends here for drinks. We were all impressed with the positive attitude and friendly service we received from Ibanova. Not to mention the tasty cocktails we all enjoyed! Thank you Ibanova for the outstanding service we will definitely be back to see you again!

First off I put in for the Crabtree location and when I paid for my hotel it gave me this location. Secondly my first night ****** I had no heat nor no air working in my room. So I spent most of my day waiting on maintenance to figure out what was wrong
