This is a solid option for business travel. The Hotel itself is a bit dated. The Gym could use some updating, rooms are pretty typical of what you’d expect from a Courtyard, elevator was sluggish, computers & printers in the lobby could also use a little updating. Didn’t get to try the food so can’t say much in that department. Aside from the flaws mentioned, the Hotel makes up for it in the level of service, the location, and cleanliness. They seem to care about their Guests, especially elite Members, as they made me feel special and upgraded me to a suite with no problem. The location couldn’t be better, you have a Trader Joe’s, a Costco, DSW, and more than enough Restaurants nearby. I would recommend to others and consider staying here again in future travels.

Maybe I’m just broke but I just woke up and went to the break area in the lobby and there is no complimentary breakfast. Eggs, Bacon and Toast 15$ is WILD!! The 16oz Smart Water bottle in the room is 5$ DO NOT DRINK UNLESS DYING. Maybe I’m just overreacting but NO complimentary breakfast ***

This was an excellent stay! Angela, who checked me in, was so friendly and chatty! It was very quiet with everything that was going on! My room ( 1 kg bed) was very spacious abd clean. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in Raleigh.

Well, the room was good, and everyone was friendly, but when I went to take a shower i noticed the drain wasn't draining the water it flooded the bathroom a bit. I told the front desk, and they assured me someone was coming to fix it which no one ever did. Kinda sucks honestly especially for the amount i paid. Other than that, it was an ok stay.

Unfortunately the room and hotel had some cleanliness issues, and the toilet didn’t work. Had to fill trash can to use to flush toilet.
