WoodSpring Suites Raleigh Northeast Wake Forest

It was a very nice clean room! Front desk clerks were very nice greeters and efficient at getting you in! I did have a problem with the smell of smoke and whatever on my pillow which when asked they kindly took care of it. Great for someone to get away close to sheets! Good on your pockets as well!

The most horrible hotel I have ever been too.Just upon opening the door to the room was a headache u could barely get in because it was broken at the top 🤣 Carpet filthy . Huge white stain on the carpet. Just disgusting Who ever owns this need to be completely ashamed to even rent this out to anyone .

Wow. It's been a long time since I stayed anywhere this bad. Granted, the place is very affordably priced. But good grief... the room was noticeably beat up and the surrounding area a bit squirrelly. I thought about going elsewhere. But I was tired after driving for several hours and didn't have the will to find something else. I was on the ground floor and could see shadows of people pacing back and forth by my window. Looking out there every now and then, I saw people strolling around the parking area into the wee hours of the night. No idea what was up with that. The bed was prison quality and the pillows too. I must confess the bedding was clean. There were no cups to drink from and no shampoo but I did enjoy the free sliver of soap the size of a half dollar when I took a shower in the morning. I didn't sleep well and decided to leave at 5:00 am. The front office is locked down until check out time at 11:00 am. Nobody there. Check in is 3:00pm. Also nobody around until then. No key drop. So I just left. I was charged a refundable $100 deposit for who-knows-what upon check in. Nothing in the room was worth $100. The deposit was refunded two days later. I suppose this policy was meant for the guy who broke all the furniture in the room before me. Maybe he stole the one towel provided. When I stay in a motel, I tend to leave things as I found them and not break anything. I had no high expectations of this place but unless you are a fugitive from justice and want to keep a very low profile I'd avoid this place. I have driven cross country a couple of times and stayed at truck stops when there were no other options. They were much nicer than the WoodSpring Suites Raleigh Northeast Wake Forest.

What i went through with the ignorance of the staff treating me like what they experienced and a grown man trying intimidate me based on his ignorant assumptions about me.(staff me I will never be the same. Thr staff should engaged in therapy if they are traumatized by what was or other things that went on. According to stories i was told. But to take it out on a customer is crazy and forever life changing

I've stayed there plenty of times. I've never had a problem. It was clean and comfortable.

I have always been given the best service, the general manager Mrs. Andrea is an awesome individual who goes beyond and above for her guest. Me and my significant other has simply enjoyed our long term stay. we wouldn't trade it for anything. She is very knowledgeable and oh so friendly & constantly checks on her guest alongside the other staff are always very nice & super helpful in any questions or concerns. This lodging is very affordable and clean. Laundry room very convenient if needed as well. I'm very impressed with the professionalism and customer service that we receive on a daily basis and highly recommend this wood spring suites to everyone, kid & pet friendly so make your next stay your best stay wood spring suites wake Forest north east Raleigh location!!!

This location at Watford Dr is great! Our experience here has been a very pleasant one. MS ANDREA and MS NIKKI are real assets to your facility, as they go above and beyond to keep the facility a good, safe, and Clean place to stay. They are very personable, and very helpful to accommodate the needs of their guests. It is a real pleasure doing business with both of these ladies. The people that work at Woodsprings Suites in Northeast Raleigh are amazing! We absolutely loved them and they were very good to us.

I’ve been residing here since September of 2023 and I must say it has been a great living experience. The staff are great and they have handled anything I’ve needed from them in an extremely prompt manner. I would definitely suggest staying here.
