I. Love. This. Hotel.
If I can get upgraded I do because the executive suite is one of then best rooms in the entire city of Raleigh and for a great price. One bedroom suite, fireplace, full kitchen, spa tub, walk-in shower AND a balcony. What more can you want?

This property was old and the paint was coming off the walls and the vents were dirty. Would not stay here again unless there are major capital improvements! Disappointed

This hotel is wonderful with extremely helpful staff. We are here for a week and our stay has been flawless. The rooms are spacious and clean. Would stay here again. Close to everything and a nice and safe location.

Just a gem of a hotel. Location is prime, walking distance from Crabtree Mall. The team at this hotel is so friendly and all about personal service. The rooms are well appointed, spacious suites with wonderful amenities. I highly recommend this hotel.

I think the hotel is really overrated! Emloyees at this hotel are never responsive or have urgency to resolve issues. They are always too busy. Left a message to GM several times never returned. Overall disappointing experience. I hope they take steps to resolve personnel issues at this location because we like staying at Residence inn's..
