This is one of my go to hotels to stay while I am in the Raleigh area on business. I particularly what to give a shout out to Ms. Linda. She makes being away from home more tolerable. The whole staff makes for a pleasant stay and the accomodations have always been satisfactory.

The experience was phenomenal. I can’t thank the staff for a more pleasurable experience. From my initial check in to calling to making sure that all needs were met. The assistant manager Tyree went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant. Very convenient to the airport clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

While this property is clean, and a decent, basic hotel, there are a few problems of note.
First, visitors should be advised that this hotel is literally in the middle of nothing in terms of shops or restaurants. It is in a residential area with absolutely nothing to offer. The only good thing about it is that it is close to the airport and there is a free shuttle.
I specifically reserved this hotel because I wanted a hot tub after a long trip. I even called ahead of time to check and see if it was working, since a few reviews on ******* indicated some problems. I was told it was working. Much to my disappoin**ent, when we arrived, assigned on the front desk, said “spa closed for maintenance.” Obviously, there is a problem with the spa that needs to be addressed at a broader level based on all the negative reviews about it.
The food for breakfast is very basic, high in salt and starches, and processed meats and not much to offer in the way of healthy eating.
I feel like part of what I pay for a hotel includes paying for amenities, such as the spa and a decent breakfast, but when these things are not up to spec or not even working, why should I be paying the full amount?

Our one night stay was very pleasant nice people and the room was nice we worked out in the gym and took a swim in the pool me and the boys had fun and good breakfast the next morning. Why do you have to have at least 200 words just to leave a review now that is crazy

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. From our late arrival checking in with Ms. Joy at the front desk to Ms. Linda Scott and the kitchen staff. Breakfast was always well stocked with the dining area clean at all times. The rooms were spacious and clean. Try it sometime and see for yourself. See you guys soon. Go Philies, EAGLES, Flyers.

Perfect spot for business travel. Near airport, spacious lobby area with lots of tables, nooks, and outlets for work. Have the company of other guests, but spacious enough to not be distracting. Breakfast area was neat, nicely laid out, good/varied selection of foods (including healthy/clean eating options), and strong coffee. Kind, caring and attentive service lead by Linda Scott and rest of the team. My work requires annual Triangle travel. Will return to stay here!

Clean, spacious, well designed room fit my 5 family members well. Large clean bathroom with wide countertop. Breakfast was good and the seating area comfortable and designed well. Lovely, friendly, and helpful staff… especially Linda Scott and JoyLynn. The hotel so convenient and lovely, that we extended our stay.
