Fabulous Customer Service! Team members like Jamel make you feel welcome and he was so very helpful. He was so friendly, we had no problems. The hotel was packed but he made sure that my young adults and I had rooms right next to each other. It meant so much as we came in from different Cities. We had a marvelous trip to Raleigh.

Amazing location ! Restaurant is phenomenal. Only reason I didn’t like is the across the street garage parking , so we grabbed the valet parking

The hotel was clean and staff was pretty good. The only problem was leaving the parking deck where I had to pay for which was supposedly free.

This was my first stay at this hotel. The location is great and the hotel is very nice. The room is clean and very comfortable. I had access to the lounge and Lamond was working. He took care everyone that came I will definitely try to come back soon!

The hotel is an older property but well maintained. The hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms are larger sized, clean, well appointed,and comfortable. The Sheraton Club Lounge is exceptionally nice and Lamond always provides excellent service!

The room was on the smaller side, the finishes were dated and of lower quality, bathroom had several quality issues. Even the elevator and hallways were dated. Staff was very helpful and nice. The location is great. Everything was clean.

The hotel is clean, the amenities are helpful, but this review is really about how phenomenal the staff is. Nigel at the front desk was so wonderful, going above and beyond to help get our luggage in (even making the two trips). He showed a genuine interest in our trip, was so pleasant to speak with, and genuinely made our days so much brighter with his presence! Additionally, the folks at the check-in counter were extremely helpful in resolving a logistics issue. I'm very grateful for the staff at this hotel, and they will assuredly be the reason I come back!
