This hotel is in dire need of a makeover, or at least a thorough cleaning and basic customer service. Our room was really dirty: weird stains on the bathroom counter, stains, spills and trash on the carpet, and one of the lights was burned out. Beds were so soft they were difficult to sleep in. There is no place to pull up in front of the hotel to check in, no signage anywhere to tell you where to go, likewise inside on the ground floor where there is no one and no check in. Turns out you have to drive around the corner and go in through the back of the second floor to check in. Huh? We only found this out by my going inside and asking a random guest where check in was as my companion circled the car. I was then told to park in the garage down the street and bring our bags back to the second floor to the check in. All this for over $750 for two nights. No thanks. There have to be better places to stay in Raleigh.
