Hotel area was great. In a quiet area. Room was clean and peaceful. Didn't know about the $100 deposit when I got there but it was waived for me. Great service.

The microwave, Tv and refrigerator dont work. The room is old and also smells old.. Never again....

The room was absolutely disgusting. They wouldn’t refund me with trip insurance. O roach crawled out of my pillow. The springs were literally shooting out of the mattress. The fridge barely worked. It smelled something completely awful in the room. Not staffed at night whatsoever. Dog feces everywhere outside. Wasn’t able to change rooms when asked about it. The remote didn’t work for the tv. Cigarette butts everywhere outside. Most frustrating part was paying and then not refunding me when I asked well ahead of time.

Checked in late last night from getting off the road because I'm a trucker so I didn't inspect my room right away. I then go to take a shower and find a spider hanging from the toilet seat, cool no problem. Here's my issue. When I finished getting dressed I needed a pen to write some information down, so proceed to search for one. I opened the drawer to the night stand to find a skull lighter and a crack pipe. I immediately pack my things and headed straight to the office. On my way there I also found beer bottles on the stairway. Office doesn't open until 9a but there was a sign indicating new hours. Definitely not coming back here

Bathroom was very dirty. Tv was broken, doesnt even turn on. Light next to the bed was missing. Bug floating in the toilet. Dead bugs in shower. Cabinet in bathroom broken.

The hotel I booked for my employee refused to check him in last night at 1am after driving all day to get there. No one was at front desk. We called and they showed up 15 minutes later and said it was too late to check in. Excuse me? This feels like a Seinfeld episode. You can take our reservation, take our money, but you can't keep the reservation because it's inconvenient for you to check in a guest and hand out a hotel key? Absolutely absurd! They told us to contact ******* for refund but of course they don't answer the phone for anyone including *******, so we just have to wait and see what happens. Awful customer service.
