1.位置好，雖在540附近，但毫不吵鬧，非常安靜；
2.交通便利，去羅利歷史區僅十幾分鍾；
3.周圍配套設施齊全，除停車方便外，斜對面有梅西百貨等品牌商加持的新商業中心，餐飲、書店應有盡有；開車出去兩三分鐘還有超市、加油站等，非常方便；
4. 酒店內部裝修典雅、大氣，無論大堂還是房間令人耳目一新。房型設計、傢俱擺放及廚房搭配都非常講究；
5. 前台服務周到温馨。

I have stayed in a lot of hotels, across many brands. But THIS one just might be the best / my favorite. From the cleanliness to all of the convenient offerings. My family and I absolutely LOVED our experience here and will definitely be back!

My vehicle was broken into the first night of the stay. Other than that, the hotel was great. The staff was nice and food was good. Gym and pool were open and clean.

I would recommend this hotel if you travel to Raleigh. The only problem I have is getting a receipt for my stay. The hotel printed one that did not show how much it cost and I never received an email with a digital receipt so I cannot expense the stay. Not sure what is happening with your accounting but it's concerning.

Hospitality level was great. Happened to be selected as guest of the day which came with some goodies. Nicole was great to interact with and did great job making sure we had a great birthday celebration weekend.
The hotel is new(er) with some fit/finish work not perfect. We would definitely stay at location again.
Liked that card key needed to access guest floors.

Overall I had a really good experience. The breakfast was a good addition and saved time and money being complimentary. The only problem was housekeeping. I didnt know their schedule for cleaning. Front desk called to ask what time I wanted cleaning done daily, but then twice I was out all day and the room wasn't cleaned. It was too late to bother aboutnit when we got back to the room. Overall, I'd definitely stay there again.

Hotel was very clean. Pool area was nice. Room was clean. Staff responded quickly with room concerns(no shampoo in the room and the dresser was broken). Really liked how clean the room was. Having something other than a mini fridge was a bonus! Especially traveling with kids. Bathroom door was a little hard for kids to slide to open after using the restroom. Beds is where I had trouble. Very stiff mattress. To my family it was very uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about either. So we ended up getting breakfast out the rest of our stay there. Location was good. Close to many shopping and dining options. Not much parking space.
