Hotel Taika

Please do yourself a favor and AVOID this hotel at all costs. Due to the last weekend being a long weekend, they charged exorbitant rates...Rs 7000/month and they didnt even provide a bill for that. The room was dirty!!! It was no cleaned at all. The floor was muddy, there was hair and sticky stains where the previous guests must have spilled something and the bed was no made. And it does not end here, there were COCKROACHES running all around the room and one was on the mattress too. When we showed it to the room cleaning guy he said rather proudly that he has seen more in other rooms. They have a very sad excuse for the complimentary breakfast which was fully ready post 8:30 am when they were supposed to have started at 8.. The ***ager was rude! This place is not worth Rs 1500 even and they are fleecing tourists

Indecent and uncourteous behaviour by the Front Desk staff SATISH. He made extremely indecent gestures while I was talking to him in the morning today- it was shocking. The service at the hotel is very shoddy, one has to beg for water, basic tea and coffee sachets , the floor towel in the room was wet and dirty when we checked in and the front desk staff SATISH will ask the guests to get the water bottles from the kitchen while he is sitting at the Reception free at 7 in the morning.

only kitchen staff and reception lady behaviour is arrogant, rude. otherwise hotel rooms and hotel is very good and other people is good. Also food quality is excellent !! premises also also spacious

It’s just a fabulous property in Rameshwaram. Very friendly staff specially Ms Rekha. Neat , clean and value for money. Proper 3/4 star category rooms. Must stay here. Just they need to improve in-house food little bit more.

Its newly built hotel and it is situated in a nice and broad road. So parking is not a problem and also less traffic. Rooms are little expensive and we booked 4 bed room at last minute. No regrets and it was pleasant stay. Staffs were friendly too
