"My stay at The Residency Towers was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, clean. Food Experience: The food at the hotel was also great. The breakfast buffet had wide variety of options ranging from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes like pancakes, and local specialties. Overall: Both the stay and the food were excellent."

"Let me start with what works: the location is genuinely convenient for the temples, and the lobby is far grander than the photos let on. The bellboys were on top of things, handling our bags smoothly from security to check-in. The hotel also gives you a dedicated towel for the temple visit, which is a thoughtful touch. That's about where the thoughtfulness ends. Check-In Thirty minutes to check in. When I brought up the message I'd sent ahead of our arrival requesting a higher-floor room to avoid traffic noise, the receptionist looked at me like I'd asked them to move the building. The request was ignored completely. Someone walked us to the room and showed us around, which was a nice gesture — but by that point, the tone had already been set. The Room There's nothing offensive about the room, but there's nothing memorable either. It's the kind of room that could belong to any mid-range hotel anywhere in the country with a good shower head, comfortable bed and steady WiFi. The previous guests had apparently walked off with a cushion, and nobody noticed or replaced it. The one genuinely good decision: water comes in glass bottles. No plastic, no BPA. Small thing, but it matters. The Pool Beautiful to look at, but it opens directly onto the restaurant area. If you're swimming, you're essentially performing for everyone having dinner. No privacy whatsoever. Hidden Perks Nobody Tells You About There's a complimentary 4 PM tea service with snacks. Nice, actually. But you'll only find out about it if you happen to wander to the pool area — the hotel makes no effort to tell guests it exists. Same story with the outdoor restaurant section. We tried to get a look at that menu and were promptly steered inside by a suited manager, mosquitos being his stated concern. Whether it was mosquitos or something else, we never did find out what they were serving outside. The Restaurant — Where It Really Falls Apart The restaurant is staffed by three categories of people: three or four women who are visibly running themselves ragged, a rotating cast of managers in suits who seem to exist purely for decoration, and kitchen staff. The servers are so overworked that they've stopped pretending to care — and honestly, can you blame them? A 5% service charge is already on your bill before they've taken your order, which they may or may not do within the first 20 minutes of you sitting at a table that still has dishes from the last guests on it. The food itself is a problem. The kitchen staff clearly isn't from Tamil Nadu, and the cooking reflects that. The poondu curry — a dish with a very specific taste profile — arrived as a thin tomato soup. No tamarind, no depth, no resemblance to the real thing. Entrees start at ₹600 and go up from there, and almost nothing justifies the price. The breakfast buffet is the exception. It's generous, well-stocked, and the fenugreek water alone made it worth showing up early — which you should, because by peak hours, the dining room"

"If I have a choice ill give ZERO star for the experience we had at this place. We had booked the hotel via ***********, 2 months before our travel. Room cancelled without intimation - We were 4 families, with little kids who travelled all the way from Bangalore. After long and tiring drive, once we reach there, they said we have no reservation. Once we showed booking confirmation, they started fumbling and they started saying - you dint call, we had call etc. which was all false SCAM with all - So while were waiting at the lobby, we saw 2 other families who had the same situation. These families had booked in advance and once they arrived at the hotel, they were told there was no booking. This is when we understood, this hotel is a SCAM and bookings we cancelled deliberately. Basically they sold the room to others for higher price Staff's Rude Behavior - To cover up their scam, service staff at the reception started verbally quarrelling with us. Same was seen with other 2 families who were in similar situation. The person at the reception (named DAS) even called a elderly women in one of a family a CHEAT. Room Experience - After lot of debate and push we were given 2 defective rooms (for higher rates ofcourse!), one bigger one for all women and kids and one small for the men. Bathrooms were STINKING and rooms had MOTH. Unprofessional hotel - Overall, we felt these guess have NO EXPERIENCE in RUNNING A HOTEL and looked like they have experience running some cheap lodge. I can write a lot more for the experience they have given us, but will stop"
