A bit far from Coachella venue but a good option if you want to relax a bit. Service is good in general. Food choice not much. Overall it is fine. Would be a good option if you have plans to Coachella

The hotel was great, but they charged for parking.

Needless to say, everything here deserves five stars.

This is not one of the better Ritz Carlton I have stayed in. While it's all the way out there in Rancho Mirage, the resort activities are very limited.

good over all

I've been to Palm Springs a few times, and this is the most beautiful hotel there. It's rare to find such a new hotel in the US. The public areas are luxurious and beautiful, with great taste and good value for money – the price is very reasonable for the US! The hotel only offers valet parking, which is quite convenient. The surrounding area is an affluent and safe neighborhood, and supermarkets and restaurants are within a ten-minute drive. The hotel isn't very large overall, but the rooms are very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip! As the last hotel on our trip, we were very satisfied 👍 and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!

The hotel room facilities are a bit old, but the toiletries are still good, with a Lelabo fig scent. The overall environment, including the pool, is quite nice and well-maintained. Just be aware that the pool staff goes off duty late in the afternoon, so you need to go early.

The oasis on the top of the desert mountain, the facilities, environment, and service are all good! There are two pieces of chocolate on the bedside every day, eat them quickly, otherwise they will melt when you take them out! My son fell when he went out, and the front desk immediately brought him a medicine bag. There are several swimming pools, and it feels very comfortable to swim and watch the stars at night!
