Es el hotel mas hermoso en el que hemos estado, el servicio excelente, el personal maravilloso, el bufete de desayuno una delicia, no vas a querer salir de ahí. Está en la parte baja de la montaña y las pistas quedan lejos, puedes rentar coche o en transporte publico (es muy faclil pero tarda mucho en pasar)

El hotel es muy bonito, pero mi experiencia negativa fue el restaurante. Todos los años vamos a pasar el día a la piscina y después a comer y este año nuestra experiencia ha sido mala. Servicio de restaurante malo y muy caro ( adjunto foto ) , no pude pedir una botella de cava por que lo vi excesivo ( Juve i Camps: 42€) , me parecio un abuso como toda la comida , pedimos un pica pica y los platos eran para una sola persona y los segundos nada del otro mundo en sabor , una pena por que es otro lugar que dejare de ir .

Un accueil chaleureux et agréable, une équipe à nos petits soins. Une chambre très confortable et un petit déjeuner délicieux. La piscine est magnifique, la cadre également. À proximité du centre ville et des centres commerciaux, très pratique. Merci pour ce bon moment.

Этот отель превзошёл наши ожидания. И номер очень приятный (жили в двухуровневом люксе с балконом), с большим гардеробом, двумя санузлами и кухонькой. На 2 взрослх + 2 детей - более чем достатончный. И расположение интересное: вроде на самой окраине, но до ТЦ два шага, до центра городка - 500 метров, при этом из окна видно полгорода и красивые горы вокруг. Инфраструктура тоже хорошая, милый бассейн, вписанный в мини-парк, вписанный в скалы и гору. Хороший завтрак (а с учётом соседства с Францией - то просто отличный): с игристым, ягодами-фруктами и иными (стандартными) штуками. В паркинге есть зарядное устройство для EV, но нас забыли к нему присоединить(( Отдельные слова благодарности персоналу, всё время стремились помочь, действовали быстро, а Ксения с ресепшна уделила нашему просвещению несколько раз по много минут, чем здорово помогла разобраться в местных особенностях.

Un paraíso en el centro de Andorra. Excelente hotel en el corazón de Andorra, donde puedes sentirte en plena naturaleza, con todos los servicios de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Llevo viniendo a este Hotel mas de 15 años, y lo considero mi casa en Andorra, hecho en falta el Spa de otros hoteles de igual categoría, y quizás le falte un poco de "alma" al Hotel, que nos haga sentirnos a los clientes mas apreciados... por supuesto esta crítica es en aras de mejorar, ya que el servicio y atención es inmejorable. Me sorprendió en mi última visita el cambio de dirección, espero que la nueva dirección sepa apreciar lo excelente que siempre ha tenido el Hotel, y que le dote de "alma". Espero que siga siendo mi casa en Andorra por muchos años más.
