I enjoyed staying at this hotel, it was super clean !
The welcoming staff is so kind and helpful, the breakfast was simple but very tasty
I was a little bit annoyed by the noise because rooms isolation wasn’t good enough but it’s okay I supported
I highly recommend it for solo travelers like me because the location is perfect and the prices are really correct
Spécial thank for the welcoming agent who advised me where to go and swin ☺️

Good choice for a base to travel around in the region. It is close to both train station and ferry port, both of which are only within five minutes walking distance on a flat road, which is a big plus in this region, because some hotels or train stations may be on hills. Hotel is clean, staff is kind. Air conditioner was a new one, worked very well and was quite (you will need AC in this humid climate even in mid September). Breakfast is good enough, and coffee is made to order, they make great coffee.

Lovely stay as a solo traveler, I felt safe and the staff were friendly. I preferred this to staying in a massive hotel with staff you can’t get to know! The room was small but perfectly adequate for one person.

Kanske inte det fräschaste rummet o godaste frukosten! Men de funkade för en natt. Mannen i receptionen var väldigt trevlig och de låg väldigt centralt och bra.

Un altra strittura su wonderbox che non accetta riservazioni nei weekend e che pretende non avere nessuna camera libera . Davvero scandaloso e deludente un tale comportamento e arroganza in un email . Ho dovuto mandare 2 mail e chiamate una volta per ottenere una risposta

Hotel comodo perché centrale con tutti i servizi..gentilezza..accoglienza..pulizia….,colazione super completa di tutto. Frutta, brioche, bibite, toast Siamo rimasti molto contenti.. da consigliare sicuramente.

Hotel a 2 stelle ma ne meriterebbe anche 4 per la pulizia e le stanze graziose di cui dispone. Il personale e'stato gentilissimo e disponibile nel consigliarci i posti da visitare e i locali dove andare a mangiare, attento a soddisfare qualsiasi nostra esigenza. La colazione ottima e la signora addetta a gestire la colazione è stata gentilissima e molto premurosa con me che ho un'intolleranza alimentare. La location è ottima perché l hotel si trova in pieno centro di Rapallo. Io darei un bel 10 per tutto dalla pulizia alla gestione del locale, dalla location alla cortesia e non per ultimo alla disponibilità del personale. Tutto perfetto. Ritornerò sicuramente in questo graziosissimo hotel. Catia

Per il prezzo non ci aspettavamo un hotel di lusso , però almeno la pulizia dovrebbe esserci a prescindere . Quando siamo arrivate la doccia era piena di capelli e il pavimento non era stato passato. Fatta notare la cosa alla reception , ci è stato detto : toglieteli voi .. ma anche no , che schifo.
