Небольшой отель с отличной верандой на 5 этаже. Тихий кондиционер. Если окна выходят на фасад- то будет шумно. Хороший завтрак с прошуто, сыром и капучино. Большой выбор фруктов и йогуртов. Рядом дайвинг центр

Ho prenotato all’ultimo momento in questo albergo, camera piano primo fronte strada…. A parte il personale estremamente gentile, che si impegna, è la pulizia impeccabile, è un albergo triste, lo chiamerei pensione più che albergo, il piano ingresso é stato un po’ attualizzato, non dove abbiamo fatto la colazione però, la camera invece è rimasta agli anni ‘80, piccola, con n bagno vetusto, tristissima, non basta un mini frigo in camera per fare un tre stelle. Molte potenzialità non sfruttate, prezzo alto per quello che viene offerto. Non ci tornerei.

We had a one night stay in Rapallo and stayed at this hotel. The location and the customer service were great. It was very clean, had air conditioning and had a good free breakfast. The only downside is the parking —-although we did find a place to park, it is on a main road and difficult to park. I would still give it 3 1/2 stars—- I would stay there again —-it is really a very nice hotel!

Deux nuits passées dans cet hôtel et je suis convaincu d'y revenir lors de mon prochain séjour à Rapallo ! Accueil hyper chaleureux, réceptionniste serviable et très aimable, buffet du petit-déjeuner magnifique, chambre de taille moyenne mais avec air conditionné et superbe terrasse panoramique juste à côté avec vue sur la mer. Chiens acceptés pour 5€ par jour. Par de parking mais nous avons facilement trouvé de la place dans la petite rue à côté de l'hôtel.

Lovely little gem of a hotel, in a good position. We visited in the high season, so busy in Rapallo. Lovely roof top terrace. Fantastic views. We walked to Santa Margherita along the coast. Good pavements to walk on. Amazing views.This walk is a must ! We stopped off to have a swim in the bay San Michele. Lovely, clear water. Take water shoes if you can remember! The room in the hotel was fine. Clean, tidy. Typically Italian, small and friendly. Teeny bathroom, but didn’t bother us. Fridge in room handy. It is on a busy road, however never bothered us. 5 to 10 min walk to centre. The staff were very lovely and friendly. You need book a car park space in advance. We did this, it wasn’t in a secure spot. But off road opposite the hotel. Would definitely return!

Aspetti positivi : personale estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Camere pulite. Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il porto, San Michele (lì c'è il mare più pulito della zona), la stazione (10 minuti a piedi). Aspetti negativi : bagno un po' "datato". I sanitari sarebbero da sostituire e i rubinetti con parti arrugginite. Colazione assolutamente da rivedere sia a livello qualitativo sia come quantità di prodotti presenti al buffet. Croissant stantii e crostate /ciambelle industriali e veramente di bassa qualità.

Positives: - The location is great for Rapallo as it 200 metres from the main promenade, beach and restaurants. It is also very accessible for trips to Santa Margherita and Portafino. - Parking. Although we did not get allocated parking at the hotel, there is plenty of parking on the surrounding roads (paid). - Staff are friendly and helpful. - Roof terrace has a nice view. Negatives: - The breakfast is ok, normal Italian selection. It would be nice to have fresh coffee (rather than the machine) and fresh eggs. - The rooms are very old and tired, including the furniture, bedding and towels. The walls are heavily marked throughout the hotel and everything seems very worn from the rooms to the breakfast room. Given how popular the hotel seems to be, it would be great for a refresh of paint or furniture. Based on the above, our stay was fine for one night whilst visiting this area of Italy.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful; the continental breakfast was very good. The room was fine but bathroom was very small. Rapallo is a great seaside town that allows day trips to Portofino & Genova.
