had an amazing stay. had opted for two meals and both were delicious as one can ever have it. Even got an extension on checkout from Mr. Houssam (front desk).

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast spread, big comfy beds, laundry facility is a huge plus. Would want to make a special mention of Winthu, from house keeping, who did an excellent job of ensuring that my room was spic and span at all times. One of the most hard working employees that I have come across and would request the management to please convey my appreciation to him.

We stayed in the family Villa with pool view. The staff all around the hotel were amazing, assisting us at all times and making sure our stay was most comfortable. They have many pools situated at different locations around the hotel but the pool where we stayed has the coldest temperature which was perfect for this hot weather. You can hop on a buggy to get around or take a stroll to any place in the hotel. The beach is calm and perfect for a relaxing time. Their buffet breakfast and dinner was a wide variety and the food was excellent.

For us the hotel was perfect. Large, quiet corner room with two beds, large bathroom, mountain and harbor views. Nice pool area on the roof. There is sufficient parking space. Happy hour from 7pm to 9pm, also applies to drinks at dinner. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner very much: offer, selection, taste. We found the Indian dishes the best! The staff in the dining room is absolutely top notch: the 5 waitresses Monika, Rhena, Habiba, Loveth and Sayu made every meal special for us with their extraordinarily attentive and friendly service. We have never experienced such great service in any other hotel. But the front manager Bilal (”the man who knows everything”) has always surprised us how much he cares about the well-being of the guests. Many people may not realize that the hotel is a city hotel. There is a free shuttle to the Double Tree Hilton Marjan Island twice a day. We have been there once. Compared to our hotel, there were too many guests there. We were glad we could enjoy the more personalized service at DTH in RAK. Little things we didn't like so much: - only a few hangers in the closet (on request we got more delivered) - our bathroom only had a bathtub, no walk-in shower - only 2 elevators, i.e. sometimes you had to wait longer So nothing why you shouldn't give the hotel 5 stars!

Complain, complain, complain! ! ! Garbage front desk The front desk staff of this hotel has very poor working ability. On the surface, whatever you ask her, she replies OK, but behind the scenes, she doesn’t do anything for you. There was a European and American-looking woman with yellow hair in a separate window on the right side of the check-in front desk. The service was very poor. During the first check-in, I showed her my ID and the English version of the hotel order. I also told her to check in, and then I checked in. I asked if it was a double bed room with sea view, breakfast, etc. In the end, I was given two beach towels, a bath towel card and a drink card for the bar next to it, but I was not given a room card. I was given a paper box for the room card. Write down the room number and make a room card, and tell you to go to the bar. Are you carrying a lot of bags just to ask her to apply for two bath towel cards? Such a wicked person at the front desk, she can tell at a glance whether she did it on purpose. , the front desk is rubbish. I hope Ctrip staff can understand the situation. Their manager knew it. Wonderful hotel. Loved it! Cleaning every day The beds are very soft, large, comfortable The room has everything to make it comfortable to live there Air conditioning, safe, kettle, cups, coffee, tea, sugar, 2 bottles of water. Every day everything is updated during cleaning! A mini-bus goes to the sea and back, but unfortunately, only twice a day, I would like more often and a bigger bus, since all the people do not fit at a time. The staff is friendly, but it would be nice if Russian-speaking employees appeared at the reception) I liked the rest, the hotel is good! Thank you very much 🙏

What an amazing experience! In this review I’m only talking about things we did. There is plenty more we couldn’t do as we only stayed 2 nights. First let’s cover the resort: The resort itself is very luxurious and massive. The villas are huge (we stayed in the Al Rimal Villa)! Having your own pool (very private, no one can see you) is so nice, especially if you have kids who are in there constantly. We were two adults with 2 kids, 12 and 2. There are several restaurants but only 1 is open for breakfast and lunch (can be increased in my opinion, especially the farmhouse should be added). Unfortunately several things are only happening on weekends so try to include the weekend to be able to experience all the offerings. To get around the resort, you can either use the bicycles or the buggy. As we stayed in June, we used the buggy mainly as it’s super hot throughout the day. However, we did cycle in the evenings and during the day a couple of times. There are wild animals all over the resort. They just come and go as they please. Everything feels very authentic and true to its surroundings. Nothing is staged. If you like to see Camels and Onyx close up on your way to lunch or in the evening when cycling back to your room, you will love this place! Let’s look at the Restaurants. Farmhouse - this is a great restaurant right at a waterhole which is beautiful in the evening and a place where a lot of animals gather. The food, drinks and staff were great. This was our favourite restaurant. However, only open for dinner. Shame! Kheela - this is the only restaurant for breakfast and lunch. It’s nice with an Arabic vibe. The food is good (not amazing). The one thing that makes this place very special is the staff. They are sooo friendly and helpful. They loved playing with our little toddler Max. They truly made the experience special for us. I’d like to call some of them out by Name: Wandy, Hemal, Sujala and Susmila. I only put those down as they written their name on my partner’s birthday card but all of them were amazing. In terms of activities: We did the nature drive and camel sunset ride. Both are amazing! During the nature drive you get a real feel for the desert, it’s animals and plants. If you are lucky, you get to hand feed the gazelles. The ride itself is very intense with lots of up and down and many many bumps, so not suitable for small children in our opinion. The Guide, Martin, was great! I can highly recommend him. We also did the rainforest experience which is very lovely. We recommend at least 2 hours. Overall, this place is absolutely amazing and we enjoyed every bit of it! It’s also super kid friendly so highly recommended for families. The staff make this place truly special and add to the the overall experience. We can’t thank all of the staff enough for taking such good care of us.

everything is comfortable,only sometimes the cleaning staff forgot to give towels,tissues,that's it

We were on a business meeting in Ras Al Khaimah, got free late and decided to stay overnight there. Had a last minute search and found this hotel! When we came, the big room we paid online for was still busy. The hotel staff was very helpful, they found us another room and offered a breakfast as a compensation. We did not try the breakfast as we were too tired but I appreciate a lot the professionalism of the staff who knew how to solve the situation with no hassle! The rooms are spacious and the furniture is new. they have teapots in the room which is a great +. the bathrooms are big and clean. There is a cafeteria and nearby too if you want to have some bites or fresh juices anytime. A big mall with carrefoure is just in front of the hotel. we did not have a chance to explore more neighbourhood as it was a quick stop over.
