The location was good. It is next to a Palm Seremban Mall. Not too big but it has a good range of shops, eateries. There is also a 24 hour makan place directly opposite the hotel. We arrived early morning g due to flight delay. Nevertheless the check in was very fast and smooth. The frontline service staff were excellent. They know their guests. When we were checking out the duty manager can tell us our rooms without us telling them and also informed me that one of my family members group left a day earlier. Will definitely come back here when we next go to Seremban.
Breakfast was also great and yummy food.

The wifi signal is not good in the room, but the owner has solved this issue for me to install a router in my room, so sweet. Breakfast also good.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The location was excellent, staff were accommodating & the room was spacious and clean. Would recommend to those with big families to stay here!

There is a shopping mall downstairs, and the location is convenient. However, the hotel equipment is really not good. The sink does not drain and is blocked. The towel looks a bit black...

I used to visit this hotel 3times, first time was very impressive for me , good location , amendnities, and restaurant nearby. Varieties of food for breakfast. But the second time breakfast was so bad ,and not that much as first time I visit. The third time was the worst as air con. can’t be adjust and it was so hot, and I can’t sleep well the whole night, toilet has water leakage and and clogged water pipe at the sink. Pillow has smell.

The manager Mr Dzukifli, was very customer oriented. He provided information about hotel’s amenities and the shops in the mall including those in the surrounding areas. It was very kind of Mr Dzukilfi to provide us transport to Terminal 1 to catch the express bus, after we inquired about the mode of transport available.
