"This was the worst accommodation experience I've ever had. First of all, the staff were extremely rude. They asked for a deposit, and since I didn't have any cash, I told them to let me rest in my room while my friend paid the deposit. I even called them immediately, but my friend was busy and couldn't answer. However, I had left a voicemail message for them to handle it. I was extremely tired at the time, but the staff clearly told me that they wouldn't give me a room without the deposit. So, I waited for an hour until my friend came and resolved the deposit issue before they finally let me in. It was a terrible experience. I think if they had accepted credit cards, I could have used them, but I was already leaving Malaysia and didn't have any extra cash. The rule about 40 people being unavailable is a serious matter. I hope the owner can pay attention to employee training, or that the staff could have consulted with the owner beforehand. I guarantee I will never stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel's location is super convenient with easy access to transportation, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was really comfortable, making for a very peaceful stay. The staff were friendly and efficient, handling check-in and check-out quickly. Breakfast offered a great variety and tasted good, especially the made-to-order omelets which were quite popular. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and fast, perfect for both business and leisure. The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing isn't the best, so you can occasionally hear noises from the corridor. Overall, it's great value for money with excellent facilities, ideal for a short stay. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for convenient and comfortable accommodation, and I'd definitely consider staying here again!"
