Nous sommes allés plusieurs fois à Nyiagama house et toujours ravis d’y retourner. Chambre très confortable, petit déjeuner très varié et comme toujours un super accueil par Elke. Je recommande vivement les cours de Hatha, Yin et yoga aérien 🧘♀️🙏🏼

Die beste Unterkunft die wir in SirLanka hatten. Einfach ALLES perfekt. Das Zimmer, der Pool, das Essen und vor allem das Personal. Super freundlich, es wurde uns jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Hier bleiben wirklich keine Wünsche offen! Besonders erwähnen möchte ich die Yogastunden bei Elke - ob Anfänger oder Fortgeschrittene, jeder kommt auf seine Kosten. Wenn du einfach nur die Seele baumeln lassen möchtest, dann ist dies genau der richtige Ort dafür!

We wanted a relaxing end to our holiday and this was perfect. Wonderful setting, fantastic room and superb food. We also had three yoga sessions which, under Elke’s guidance, were good for body and mind. Throw in a lovely pool and a couple of walks in the local area and more than happy!

Wir haben uns im Niyagama-Haus absolut wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen hervorragend. In ganz Sri Lanka haben wir nicht so gut gegessen.Der Yoga Unterricht bei Elke ist sehr professionell. Sie macht das aus Leidenschaft,diese Energie überträgt sich auf jeden Teilnehmer. Es entsteht auch kein Zwang,auch wenn eine bereits gefällte Entscheidung kurzfristig geändert wird. Wir konnten sofort im ganzen Haus die Spirituelle Atmosphäre die von der Freundlichkeit und Wärme der Gastgeber ausgeht spüren. Tips for other travellers Wenn du nicht unbedingt ans Meer willst,ist es ein herrlicher Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung. Gleichzeitig hast du die Möglichkeit etwas für deinen Körper zu tun.Eine perfekte Kombination um dem Stress des Alltags auszugleichen. Es gibt einen kleinen Rundweg ums Haus und als Ausflugsziel ist die historische Innenstadt

Habe wunderbare Wochen (!) im NiyagamaHouse verbracht. Yoga mit Elke wirklich empfehlenswert. AirYoga unbedingt ausprobieren! Tolles RubyZimmer (schlafen ohne Klimaanlage dank der 2 Fenster etwas frische Luft möglich bei offenen Fenstern in der Nacht). Affen direkt beim Haus beobachten, Naturkino pur. Preislich schon eher teuer. Teils ist die Singalesische Crew etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, nicht immer sehr zuvorkommend. Der Pool mit Süsswasser wunderbar und das Essen immer frisch zubereitet, sehr empfehlenswert. TukTukDriver vom Haus sicherer und ortskundiger, ruhiger Fahrer. Rundum empfehlenswert! Sehr erholsam. In 25Min mit TukTuk am Strand.

Wunderbare Oase zum entspannen am Pool, gesundes frisch gekochtes Essen geniessen, jeden Tag eine andere Spezialität aus SriLanka zum Frühstück, frische Kokosnüsse aus dem Garten, Tiere beobachten, Yoga, Meditation, ayurvedische Massagen, Ausflüge.. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Ein wunderbarer Ort um gänzlich zu entspannen!

Absolutely incredible place in the middle of a tea plantation, you feel out of this world. You can only hear birds and monkeys, perfect if you are looking for peace and relaxation. Elke and the team go far and beyond to make you feel at home and take really good care of you, with great food and amazing yoga and meditation sessions. So glad I came here 🤍

For the 5th time I found my way onto this beautiful, absolute blissful spot on an old tea-plantation. This little gem is so precious I would rather keep it a secret for myself! Everything meets my expectations: high standard in accomodation, guest relation, comfort, excellent food, a quiet spot to calm down, birds and naturesounds allover, Yoga in various styles and ..a charming, bright Host. Heaven on Earth!

The best hotel we stayed in out of 8 during our 3 weeks in Sri Lanka and I would recommend it to everyone who is thinking of visiting Galle. Heavenly pool and grounds, huge rooms and balconies, lovlely breakfasts, masses of space and a really gentle atmosphere throughout.
