- rooms are very far from the main property - maintenance of property is needed
- the beach and recreational area are very good. - food is nice - service needs improvement. - villas need renovation. -

Pathetic restaurant & it's staff. Nice property, good location, good amenities. Housekeeping & reception staff is great, but restaurant is avoidable. Food quality, presentation, service is not so good. Restaurant staff is not well trained. Don't know how to take car eod customer needs.

At blue ocean resort. We had an amazing stay. It's so beautiful, green and their private beach is awesome. I felt it's better than goa. Such a serene view, their service is also great. Only drawback is mobile network is not available in the rooms. Wifi access is given by them but during our stay we had to face some issues with that as well. Rest everything was great. Friendly staff, food was good, view from ganpati temple everything was mind-blowing. Highly recommended.

We were given rooms which had no view. Very far from restaurant & receptions. For old people not possible to walk in hot sun. Distance must be posted on the website. Restaurant had no adequate air conditioning. It was hot during the breakfast as well dinner. My son had to change Vila from 21–>23–>19. I paid for two rooms. I had to change to Vila as rooms were very bad. Hotel recovered from me additional Rs 11,000.

Was staying here with my family. Overall the property is very spacious and well maintained. Food in both the restaurants is good. The room service is excellent. The housekeeping is also good. Reception is prompt.

Property’s location was good. room service is very poor. Food quality is average. At night hotel housekeeping didn’t respond. even phone call is not receiving from housekeeping staff. so very bad experience.
