"What a let down . We reached at night and had no idea where the reception was . There was no manager on site . We were given a room far away from the restaurant . Most inconvenient as the sloping access was slippery and not lit . Garden was poorly maintained . Location on top of a hill with nowhere to go and nothing to do makes this a completely useless hotel . Food was lousy with limited menu options . Housekeeping pathetic with plug points not working and poor lighting in room. Staff were poorly trained and overall would avoid staying on this hotel"
