As the name, excellent. Stay was awesome

Firstly they have given a faulty room which had water clogging and no water in the secondly they advertised as a resort with pool which was not filled with water. They did not have courtesy to refund the money as they had water issue. Additionally the staff were polite and courteous no issues with them. Must be a adminstration issue as they were not able to secure water were as other resorts had their pool open usable for guests

Condition of room, hotel, was good and food was delicious. However, room service could have been better. Late due to under-staffing can be understandable. But not attending the call for entire day is not acceptable. This was the only complaint that i have. Rest of the experience was good. Hence, rated 4 out of 5

Property location was excellent, sea facing. Also, they gave us good food as per our needs. Staff was also helpful and supportive.

Our entire stay was really comfortable overall. One advantage of the hotel's location was that it was directly in front of the beach. The bathroom was the only thing i didn't enjoy; it wasn't clean enough, the water in the sink wasn't draining, and the breakfast could have been much better.

Cleanliness is missing here. ***y things need maintenance but not done by hotel. Not really worth for money.
