Hotel ist schon älter, Badewanne rostet, Wasserhahn tropft, betten sehr hart, sehr dünne Matratzen, Personal am Empfang und beim Frühstück sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Aber das nächste Mal buche ich ein anderes Hotel.

The room booked was apartment 8, but I was given apartment 7 which was not an apartment as it had no kitchenette or separate room.
I pointed this out and showed my confirmation booking to the receptionist but was told their was nothing they could do. I asked that the manager contact me but he never seemed to be around and never did contact me.
It could have been better.

Possibly the most central apartment/hotel in Ravensburg. Very helpful staff as we had a slight check in problem (a hotel/******* mixup) all sorted in 5 minutes. The apartment itself was extremely large, separate double room, separate spacious bathroom with a bath and a separate shower, and a nice lounge area with a mint kitchenette area. The decor is a little dated but that’s never a problem, it was extremely clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall a wonderful experience. Would recommend to anyone staying in Ravensburg as it’s bang central.

Zentral gelegenes und sehr ruhiges Hotel. Nur wenige Schritte von der Stadtmitte entfernt in der Fussgängerzone gelegenes Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Tiefgarage im Haus, Zufahrt trotz Fussgängerzone zulässig. Zimmer sauber, aber renovierungsbefürftig (z.B. 104), fleckiger Teppichboden. Sehr freundliches Personal, ordentliches Frühstück. WLAN teiweise recht schwach. Kleiner Aufzug und enges Treppenhaus, mit Gepäck eher schwierig.

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Das erreichen des Parkplatzes war etwas schwer weil in der Nähe gerade gebaut wurde. Aber das wird ja nicht ehwig sein. Die
Einrichtung war Sauber und gut.Mit kleiner Kochmöglichkeit und Kühlschrank. Das haben wir aber nicht genutzt, denn in der nähe gab es viele Restaurants.
Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit Toller Umgebung.

Spontaner Checkin über die Gegensprechanlage war etwas überraschend. Es hat aber alles problemlos funktioniert. Gutes ruhiges und sehr sauberes Hotel in sehr guter Zentrumslage. Öffentliche Parkplätze (Tiefgarage) in unmittelbarer Nähe.
