"I was impressed by the hotel during my own online research. It was also recommended to us by our host. We booked a one-night stay with breakfast and on-site parking. The hotel is very new. The ambiance throughout is tasteful, inviting, and beautiful. The room, including the bathroom, is very spacious and clean. Everything is coordinated. The only minor drawback is that the faucet is too short for the sink. The breakfast was sumptuous, and the service was attentive and friendly. We felt very comfortable and would gladly return if the opportunity arises. Thank you very much!"

"I was completely surprised by what a lovely, cozy, and clean room it was. It was very spacious, with a fantastic bed, TV, table, and a great sofa. The bathroom was also fully equipped. A big thank you to the staff! There were complimentary drinks in the refrigerator on the day of arrival. There's no air conditioning, but we opened two windows and got plenty of fresh air. The garage parking is right below and costs €9 for 24 hours. I would definitely book again!"

"The amenities, location, and cleanliness are excellent and highly recommended. However, in my case, the access code was incorrect, which isn't ideal without a signal. Furthermore, the room number was missing from the booking confirmation, and ultimately, the Wi-Fi didn't work with either the provided password or the QR code. If it weren't for these issues, this would be a highly recommended accommodation; however, it does have some drawbacks."

"The hotel was very clean and tidy and the staff were absolutely friendly and interacted great with us. The rooms were large and clean. Parking was not free as stated on the website and cost us 8 Euro to part in the garage as there were no spaces on the street. We did get charged for breakfast when we signed into the hotel without being asked. They have refunded this though. We had breakfast in the morning but not all of us and this was paid at the time. The food was nice too."

"This was a super hotel. Wonderful and modern. The online check-in is a great alternative to arrive late without reception. Unfortunately I missed only one water cooker with cups and tea, but there were 2 small water bottles for it. If you know there is a public parking place nearby, you don't have to look for a long time."

"The hotel is located in the middle of Neuravensburg. The very old building is very good in shot and cozy. The rooms are clean, the single beds are large enough. The bathroom is clean and there is nothing missing. The internet is available free, the breakfast buffet is rich and has something to offer for everyone. The owners are very friendly and premature. A point deduction is available for the location of the rooms to the street, the hotel is located directly on the main road and the noise at the impact times is enormous. As I preferred to sneak with open window, I had my problems with in- and outdoor sleep. I can't judge the wellness area because I was unfortunately not having time to do so."

"We booked this hotel expecting a 4-star superior experience, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The staff was friendly, but we weren't shown to our room. The room itself was clean, and the bathroom was large and equipped with a bidet. Unfortunately, the water didn't drain from the double vanity, and the makeup mirror was also unlit. The on/off switch was missing. We reported this, but nothing was done. Incidentally, the soap dispenser was only on the right side of the double vanity, meaning you could only really use one sink. The shower door only closes completely if you're quite handy. There's a nice spa area with a swimming pool, but it's only 1.20 meters deep. The secluded location high up on the mountain is quite appealing, and enjoying the evening sun in the peaceful surroundings on the terrace is lovely. What also bothered us was the increasingly common practice of hotels generating a separate bill with a tip request for EVERY order. The restaurant also had its ups and downs, but more on that in the relevant section."

"This is not a luxury hotel, but it doesn’t claim to be. The rooms are basic but comfortable enough, the breakfast is good, and it’s perfectly situated for exploring Ravensburg. I asked for extra sheets and they were delivered within minutes so I can’t fault the service, and whilst I wouldn’t choose this hotel for its views, it has charm and is lovely and quiet for sleeping (altho my ear loops may have helped here as my husband got woken up by church bells!) All in all, no complaints "
