My first room has extremely stinky smell so I asked the staff to change. No AC in room. Just okay.

The hotel' cleanliness shocking and dreadful poo down the out side. The shower temperature is on one and that is boiling f#ing hot. This hotel is in desperate need on how to make it top condition

房間一般，比較陳舊，床頭燈都常年沒有擦過，灰塵很多，不是很推薦，就住了一個晚上，第二天早早的退房了

Hotel ok breakfast as always lovely staff pleasant unfortunately bathroom especially shower over it becomes dangerous slippery so which leads me to fall over the bath onto hard flooring

Was ok for a cheap one night stay the staff are super friendly . The bad experience for me was getting reception to call a cab for me I was charged £14 for a one mile cab ride that took less than 5 minutes . I checked on Uber and it would have been half the price so lesson learned stick with Uber in Reading .

Great value. Ample free parking. Clean rooms and lovely staff team who went the extra mile for me. There’s a bar and restaurant serving pub grub at modest prices. Overall a good experience.
