My stay at the Roseate Reading been the most amazing long weekend. From check-in to check-out the staff were happy, professional and really helpful. The concierge helped me with parking, luggage and directed me to my room which was in The House. I had the House Premium Suite which was great for working and relaxing and ideal for the gym and Aheli spa where I had a sauna and various trea**ents. The spa manager Chimi was really welcoming and knowledgeable and I can't praise my masseuse, Csenge, enough - talk about healing hands! The Reading Room restaurant served the best food and Afternoon Tea was an absolute delight, as was the Secret Garden, especially in the evenings. The restaurant staff are excellent and nothing was too much for them. This was my first visit to the Roseate and I can't wait for my next.

The Aheli Spa is amazing for massages. Have been going monthly and always leaving super relaxed. The ambience is very calming and the massage is just amazing. Perfect pressure, really working through the tension and yet so relaxing I almost fall asleep during the head massage. Absolutely would recommend.

Comfortable hotel. Nice decor and our Prime room in the main hotel was well appointed with plenty of space. The gym was a little on the limited - some heavier dumbbells would be useful. Friendly reception staff. We had breakfast which was nice too, great cappuccino.

Although we had a nice time at the Roseate I was slightly underwhelmed. I booked a prime suite as looking at the pictures online it looked really nice. However when I opened the door to the room I felt dissapointed and it looked much more like their standard room online. In the pictures of the prime suite online there were four poster beds, sofas, a fireplace and seating areas which our room did not have. I don’t think you could class this room as a ‘suite’ I understand not every room is identical however seems like the images online are very misleading.

This really is an oasis in the prettiest part of Reading. Luxurious rooms and stunning public areas. The staff are it's biggest asset with Nyssa and her team looking after everyone beautifully! Thanks for another lovely stay.
