I've never had a poor experience with Premier Inn, and their Reading Central hotel was no exception. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. Staff were always helpful, and I must make particular mentionof Agnetha (apologies if I have the spelling wrong). She was brilliant at welcoming us on arrival, and helped when we had a slight problem with one of the lifts.

Convenient location, nice staff, clean and comfortable room. Food was good and quite adequate. Only issue was the taxi service which was very poor, didn't use meter and overcharged! I would definitely stay again however I would organise my own taxi !!!

Excellent customer service and staff were brilliant. Dominika was fantastic incredibly kind as were all staff! Highly recommend this Premier! Food was of quality and hot. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Great central location for University and the Oracle Shopping Centre.

Easy check in. Dominika was lovely and gave us helpful suggestions of near by places for our night out. We have stayed here before, and we will definitely be staying again. We have also recommended friends to stay here for the convenience of being close to town

Anita at reception was absolutely wonderful, so helpful, we had extra baggage and she helped us move it to a secure location, very friendly and attentive. Absolute credit to the company. Made our experience staying here so much better. 5**
