ホテルのお客さんももてなしが最低である 食事時の客接待もなっていない 従業員の再教育が必要 トイレ・洗面時に手ふき様のタオルもない チェックアウト時キー返却後少し待ってくださいと言われ待ったが 4－5分音沙汰なしで確認してもすぐに回答なし 二度と閉まりたくないホテルです 夏場はお客さんが多いと思われますが 従業員教育を再度実施する必要があると思います 団体相手だからあまりクレームがない旅行会社を大事にしておけば 宿泊客は1回こっきりと思っているのでしょうかね

トラピックスの6泊7日のツアーで利用しました。バスでホテルに乗りつける場合は階段しかない海側での乗り降りになります。ツアーで利用する場合到着が5時前後になりますが、その時間では周囲には開いている店はほとんどありません。このホテルで良い部屋は上層階の海側の部屋で、天気が良ければ利尻富士がきれいに見えます。さらに洋間より和室の方が広いので、海側の和室2部屋が一番良い部屋だと思います。ツアーの場合は当たり外れが大きいと思います。食事は島という特質から地産の食材を使った料理が多いのですが、冷えてしまった料理が多いのが残念です。大浴場はとてもきれいで温泉的にはとても良いですが、景色は期待できません。朝食はバイキングですが、ツアーの利用が多いのでとても混んでいます。

団体ツアーで宿泊しました。 たまたま今回はオーシャンビューの５階客室に泊まったので、正面にきれいな利尻富士を眺めることができました。 客室は思ったより広く、大きなトランクを開いても問題なかったです。 大浴場からも利尻富士が望め、お肌がツルツルになる温泉でした。 食事も魚の鮮度が良く、美味しくいただきました。 朝食のビュッフェはおかずの種類が少ないのがちょっと残念。 それとエレベータが１基しかないのでチェックアウトや食事の際、混み合うのが難点でした。 立地的には香深港から送迎してもらえますが、徒歩で１０分圏内です。 周辺に食堂はありますが、コンビニがなく漁協直営のお店があるものの平日のみ営業なのでビールやヨーグルト、小物類を買うのはちょっと不便です。
