The hotel is not that bad compared to the staff working there. When we had not yet been given the keys and we had not used the service, the money was not returned, the mood was ruined, we did not want to be there at all, we wanted to go to another hotel, for about an hour we asked for our money back, to which there was a constant refusal. This is the first time I have seen such an attitude and non-compliance with the laws on the provision of services! We vacation in all the cities of Israel and have never been charged taxes or told to fill out the documents ourselves, everyone just takes a photo of the visa and all the information about the reservation is there, here they just made such a “hard” job easier for the receptionist so that they communicate with each other longer
