A localização é ótima, Os quartos são grandes, as camas muito confortáveis, mas o hotel precisa de uma atualização nos revestimentos cerâmicos dos banheiros e uma pintura nas portas dos quartos.

Ótima localização, 10 minutos do aeroporto e próximo de mercados, tem padaria anexado no prédio do hotel, atendentes atenciosos e simpáticos, quarto grande e confortável, banheiro com acessórios de banho de ótimo qualidade. Café da manhã bom. Ponto negativo: Internet wi-fi não funciona.

O valor da diária não corresponde ao serviço oferecido. A estrutura do hotel é decadente, meu quarto tinha 2 cadeiras que estavam rasgadas e manchadas, tanto as áreas comuns do hotel quanto o quarto tem cheiro de mofo forte. Os travesseiros nas duas camas estavam com um cheiro nojento de sujeira e suor. Solicitei a troca e fui informada de que não era possível pois não havia travesseiros extras. As fronhas foram substituídas, e enquanto a troca era feita, pude ver que os travesseiros eram velhos e manchados. Durante a manhã, uma pessoa passa no corredor, batendo de porta em porta para perguntar o que consumimos do frigobar e quando iríamos embora, No momento eu não estava mais dormindo, mas me coloco no lugar dos hóspedes que tem seu sono interrompido durante este procedimento sem noção. Deveria haver uma forma melhor e menos invasiva de controlar os itens que são consumidos do frigobar, para que o hóspede não se sinta vigiado e interrogado, além de não ser incomodado. Felizmente passei apenas 1 noite no local, não pretendo retornar e não recomendo.

Aparentemente o quarto parece ok… porém os lençóis estavam com cheiro ou de usado ou mal lavado (tive que pedir para trocar, mas como não tinha ninguém para fazer, recebi os lençóis para a troca), o quarto amanheceu cheio de traças ao chão. Havia uma toalha moalha pendurada como “nova”. O Wi-Fi do hotel inteiro simplismente não funciona para nada.

Ótima localização, quartos amplos, limpos e confortáveis. Tive um ótimo atendimento por parte dos funcionários, muito educados e solicitos com minhas demandas. Fui realizar uma prova de concurso público e a gerente do hotel antecipou o horário do café no domingo para os concurseiros não perderem o horário. Por sinal, um excelente café da manhã servido pelo hotel.
