"We had a nice stay at this property. The location is excellent, there’s a McDonald’s right next door and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away. The breakfast is very good. Smart TV is also very good which has YouTube, as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime already signed in. The room is small but functional, plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was okay, although there were lots of small insects in there. Overall for the price it was excellent."

"The front desk has English service, belonging to a four-star hotel, downstairs pool and spa room, there is a 24-hour restaurant inside the hotel, the bar is very rich, often there are flight attendants and teams."

"For the low price of the hotel, and given the great location for exploring historical Recife, this hotel is not bad. It's old, and it looks like maintenance is not a priority. Really the only thing I didn't like was the bed was saggy. Breakfast was OK."

"The hotel is well located in the neighborhood and has paid parking. The breakfast is adequate for some, but the cleaning is lacking. It is only cleaned as far as the eye can see. Behind the beds you can see the real thing, including trash and remains from previous guests. Another addendum is the comfort of the room. If you plan on staying in the room part of the time during your trip, forget it. The TV only has 2 channels, no subtitles for the hearing impaired, and it is not a smart TV, which must be out of this world for this hotel."

"The accommodation itself was good. The breakfast is very simple and has little variety. I ordered 2 meals, the first one came with the chicken parmigiana fillet almost completely raw, the other meal was good. But the big problem is the seal between the rooms, you can hear absolutely everything that is said or done. Finally, I would like to know where I can request my invoice in the name of a legal entity. "Nice modern building with modern, small rooms. Air conditioning works well and is still quiet but outdoors are all generators and it is a very noisy brush. The rooms are very bright. The bed is super but the bed layer always slips off because it is only loose on it. The beach is right in front of it. That's super! The pool is very small and is negligible. Breakfast is very good and versatile. Nice staff! The hotel is not sensitive to noise. i."

"O Mar Hotel faz jus ao preço que cobra. Sem dúvidas é uma das melhores acomodações que você vai encontrar no Recife. Acredito que também tenha o melhor café da manhã e os melhores serviços. Para quem está chegando ou saindo do aeroporto, ele também é bem rápido de chegar e sair. O único ponto negativo que vejo foi an internet, que poderia ser um pouco mais rápida e com melhor sinal."
