O Hotel tem uma localidade boa , beira mar, mais o atendimento na recepçao deixou a deseja , tiver varios problemas com meu quarto e ninguem resolvia e ainda falava ser eu quisesse podia cancelar qus pra ele tanto faz . Mais como eu comprei com a Trips eles nao resolvia nada e ainda falava ser eu tinha comprado com eles seria mais facil.

Bad service that in Recife with 30C temp , the hotel does not offer complimentary water every day.
Also the elevator are wrongly programed . You push the down bottom , the elevator stops at your floor and continue to go up ...many customers complaining about spending time in the elevator in a very ineficient way.
The breakfast do not have fresh vegetables.
The reception area is still under remodelation after more than a year ...no space to seat and wait ..easily full

Parabéns pela recepção, fui muito bem recebido, atendimento excelente. Xodó um amor😍. Os quartos limpos e organizado, confortável também. Ao chegar no restaurante fui muito bem recebido, recepção também excelente com destaque a garçonete Carla Roberta uma profissional perfeita onde não vi em outros hotéis por onde passo. Parabéns Grand Mercure!!

O atendimento na recepção foi excelente! Check-in rápido e eficiente, assim como a indicação de restaurante e marcação do táxi. O quarto espaçoso, cama boa e lençol ótimo! Sono nota 1000! Café da manhã abria só as 6h e tínhamos voo cedo e sairíamos 5..55, mas o rapaz da recepção nos deu a dica q poderíamos tomar q já estariam arrumando e, de fato, tomamos um café farto e fresco antes de pegar o voo.
