Eu cheguei no fim da tarde, não havia ninguém para ajudar com as malas, a moça da recepção era legal, mas o rapaz da noite foi meio rude, porém eu estava com pressa e meu voo era internacional, não podia me atrasar e por isso ignorei. Na saída, existiam dois funcionários lá e ninguém me ajudou com a mala, acredito que o mínimo de gentileza poderia ter feito eu mudar minha impressão sobre o lugar e os serviços, mas a realidade não foi essa. Na volta para o Brasil, sem dúvida, não ficarei lá e não recomendo.

Era pra passar apenas uma noite enquanto aguardava a conexão, mas o custo benefício não vale a pena. O ar condicionado vazou dentro do quarto, molhando todo o chão e as malas.

Quarto extremamente barulhento, atendimento com pessoas pedantes, exceto o rapaz da recepção. Tínhamos voo marcado às 6h, mesmo horário que iniciava o café da manhã, quando a gente desceu, já estava tudo exposto e nos negaram. (Faltava 15min pra abrir o Buffet). Dormida pessima, desde as 3h muito barulho da cozinha

Assim que vc abre a porta para o corredor dos quartos o cheiro de mofo já domina , o quarto é o banheiro também cheiram a mofo, o banheiro podia ser mais bem conservado, cheguei logo após a limpeza....porém continuava sem aparência de limpo, não tive coragem dr tomar banho e também não tinha água quente. Pela manhã os 2 funcionários que estavam preparando o café da manhã, conversavam tão alto que fui acordada ,a tes das 6h , e o café é servido na recepção?! Simples porém razoável goi a única coisa que achei que valeu a pena, o bairro é bem carente e fica um segurança a noite toda na porta. Minha estadia foi horrível, 1 noite só, porém não recomendo.

Péssimo atendimento. Mesmo com o café posto na pista, meu filho e esposa não puderam pegar nada porque ainda faltava 20 minutos para início do café. Lamentável.
