Estadia boa, mas tivemos problemas com uma pessoa da família e não conseguimos chegar no dia 27/01. Só chegamos no dia 28/01 e pedimos para ser gerado um crédito da diária do dia 26/01 e não fizeram nenhum esforço para isso. Então estou muito aborrecido

Pessimo Serviço horrível, inclusive muitos funcionários não falam inglês, coisa que para quem trabalha em hotel, é obrigação. Demoram para arrumar os quartos, cobram errado, mas o que surpreende é um hotel deste porte deixar o ar condicionado desligado nas áreas comuns como hall nos andares e inclusive no restaurante. Garçons mal preparados, ficam de costas para as mesas e não dão atenção para o hóspede. Serviço demorado e não tem padrão no café da manhã, sempre faltando itens. Serviço de quarto pessimo. Pedimos um risoto e não vinha, não vinha. Dias horas depois descemos para reclamar e passa uma pessoa toda suada, com o prato na mão, sem proteção nenhuma e ao ouvir que estávamos reclamando, ele falou “ ah , é de vocês, estou indo de quarto em quarto pra ver de quem é”. Queriam que comecemos aquilo que estava ali há horas, frio e sem uma tampa por cima. Pessimo. Pessoal super despreparado Cama dura igual uma pedra. Nunca vi isso em hotel. Os pratos que ficam sendo mostrados nos monitores, para mostrar que eles tem uma cozinha internacional, não existem neste local Você pede um e sempre falam que não tem. Você pede uma caipirinha, o garçom fala Que não tem. Você pede para outro 5 minutos depois e eles tem. Chega a ser ridículo Uma pena

Fiquei no quarto c sala, realmente muito bom
Café otimo, piscina e academia ruins. próximo ao shopping. Estacionamento pago ao lado .
Ficamos indicados com a falta de noção da gerência em nos solicitar que ficássemos fora durante um período pré determinado para que pudessem entrar no quarto com fornecedores externos para troca de vidros. A partir do momento que paguei o quarto tenho o direito de uso na hora q me convém e ainda era a suite mais cara

Cama muito boa, banheiro bem espaçoso, inclusive o chuveiro. Amenidades de qualidade. Ar-condicionado potente e cumpre bem seu papel numa cidade quente como é o Recife. Instalações novas em geral e agradáveis. Café da manhã farto. Recomendo o hotel e voltarei.

Bem localizado para quem pretende ficar próximo à praia, aeroporto e centro histórico de Recife, extremamente limpo, atendimento cordial. Quarto amplo, confortável, amenites Boticário. A academia basicamente tem a esteira e halteres, mas dá para fazer o básico. Café da manhã diverso. Estacionamento pago à parte. Ao lado do shopping rio mar e do em frente ao restaurante caldinho do neném que é muito bom

Definitivamente um 4 estrelas Não tem cara de 5 estrelas, localização bem ruim, serviço mediano. Precisa melhorar o café da manhã (Não tem alimento as sem glúten) Tapiocas cruas E se ouve o barulho da cozinha em todo o salão Esforçados, equipe etc
