Okay apartment. Clean and organized. I would like more kitchen utensils, as there were practically no pots to use on the cooktop, cutlery was also missing.

O flat é bom e bem localizado. Um ótimo custo benefício. Camas e travesseiros confortáveis. O problema foi que quando cheguei o quarto estava fedendo a cigarro. Precisa de alguns reparos como trocar os ralos do banheiro e realizar uma limpeza na ducha do chuveiro. Pequenos detalhes que poderiam deixar a estadia perfeita.

Pontos positivos Recepção com atendimento sem falhas. Apartamento amplo (suíte família) com duas suítes, de frente para o mar. Cama, roupas de cama, banho e chuveiro ótimos. Garagem coberta, entrando pela rua de trás do hotel, sem custos. Restaurantes nas proximidades (a noite tivemos receio de andar). Restaurante do hotel com bom cardápio e sabor. Pontos negativos Atendimento do restaurante bastante demorado. Apenas uma pessoa para atender telefone, pedidos, hospedes etc. No apartamento não tinha telefone. Nos banheiros não existem porta toalhas. Travesseiros muitos altos (são 4 travesseiros em cada cama). Poderiam colocar a metade alta (como está) e metade baixa, que ficaria mais confortável. São 4 elevadores (relativamente pequenos para o tamanho de hotel), porém um pouco demorado para chegar. O hotel estando cheio e em horário de pique deve ser bastante complicado subir ou descer.

NÃO SE DEIXE ENGANAR pelas fotos. Está todo em manutenção, sem piscina, sem sauna, caindo aos pedaços. Fiquei 4 dias no hotel. Elevadores SUJOS. Água de 600ml a R$5 reais. Região super perigosa e colada na favela de Brasília Teimosa!!! Não saia caminhando do hotel que o risco é REAL.
