The Marante Plaza Hotel was excellent! Besides the great location, the service and the wonderful coffee served, the accommodation was wonderful, with a salt in the entrance of the apartment, which left us very comfortable and comfortable! The hotel is clean and organized, the breakfast is simple but well prepared, with enough options. The location is perfect and you can go to a variety of good bars and restaurants nearby. Hats off to Jacqueline, Carlos and Victor. They went out of their way to help me, especially through the complex process of buying a phone chip in Brazil. They were wonderful in every respect and will make your stay in Olinda a pleasure. I had a room in the annex across the street and it was quite spacious with a four-poster bed and an outdoor bathtub (the view from the street is blocked so don't feel shy about using it.) The breakfast was bountiful. Fruit, cheeses, meats, cakes and bread plus coffee and juice. It will keep you full till dinner time. Dinner at the restaurant was also delicious and reasonably priced. Once more all my thanks to Jacqueline, Carlos and Victor my first friends in Brazil.
