Noise till late. Big bug on the floor. They had to check the room before they returned the $200 damage deposit.

Room are smelly. Old pillow and blankets first time I use brown Pillow and Blankets on motel. I have a bug bites on my body. Last for a week.. Beware on bedbug.. I will not recommend this to anyone.. I stay for a week for nightshift but never clean up my room..

I booked this room April 9th for the Alberta provincial volleyball tournament. This is supposedly for 2 families. Then at some point between day of booking to April 24th i called in to cancel 1 room they keep saying to call back so i did keep calling them to be sure. and as always pls call us back or they will call me back. at 1 point they said it was taken care of. come April 26th. voila surprise i don't have a room booked for tonight. i asked for a manager and nothing he is off today. I attached my confirmation just so everyone can see.

It’s very nice stay in empire inn.nice and quick service ,friendly staff ,hygiene and affordable rate …so nice to close to highway 2 so it’s good location for travellers I am very happy with my family to stay here Thanks

I must say that the owner of the business, of whom I had the wonderful pleasure to meet, is a fantastically kind man; and of course the same must be said for the lady Hannah who works there who above all else is a very sweet person.

I stayed here once as a kid when the highway shut down. Great to see its been maintained and updated. Love the teal. I appreciated linoleum floors instead of carpet. Even though little things like, the shower curtain was missing and the coffee pot didn't work I was very, very, very impressed at how great the staff were and how quickly they came and fixed issues in my room. The toilet water was cut off because of a cold snap they didn't want the pipes to freeze but they fixed everything so fast and immediately turned my water on (this is common in Canada) . Linens and furniture were nice and the room was large. I like they didn't just gut the older fixtures but made classy updates. This prevents needless landfill waste. Lots of restaurants nearby and liquor store in lobby for a bottle of wine was nice. A man from the neighboring room was waiting outside our rooms and I didn't feel comfortable going into my room alone with him there. The clerk at the front desk was wonderful in escorting me to my room for a safewalk from my car to my room. It made traveling, late at night, as a single women much safer. I was very grateful to the staff. 5 starts. Good price and close to major hiway.

Have stayed here multiple times and the staff, service and rooms have been great! Would stay here again. We’re very accommodating for our needs. Maybe the only negative is booking rooms to close together when it’s not busy but other than that great place to stay.

I enjoy staying here . Location is good. Excellent hospitality. Room service is good. Had a long stay they gave me discounted rate. I recommend this place to everyone.This place is pet friendly and they have kitchen and laundry service.
