Well if I was buying coffee instead of renting a hotel room this stay might have been a free one lol. I'm certain that this is at least our tenth stay at this location. Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms, it's always great to "come home to" our room here.

The parking lot was a skating rink, and watched as a few people almost bit the dust. They advertised having a hot tub which is now decomissioned. The hours of quiet is 10 pm to 8 am, but because of four hockey teams and two volleyball teams there was no quiet until 4 am and it was noisy again at 9 am. The hotel is old and the room needs a renovation sooner than later. It maybe time for IHG to send their review team to this hotel and confirm it is following all their corporate policies. I would say that if you are not using the hotel from a Fridah to Sunday it would be an okay overnighter. The staff was kind and pleasent, but that does not cover the other issues.

The first room we were offered was on the main floor with a window into the pool where five U10 hockey teams were screaming. The front desk clerk was hardly accommodating when we asked to be offered a room away from the teams if possible. Instead, we were put under a room with some women who didn't stop partying until 1am, kids were screaming and running up and down the hallways until midnight, and doors were slammed all night.
The TV in the room is incredibly small and the towels might as well have been replaced with sandpaper.
The bed was way too soft and was unlevel, so I couldn't lay on my left side without feeling like I was about to roll onto my back.
We will *not* stay at this property again. Travellers beware.
