Well my bath tub wasn’t cleaned properly and had someone try to open my door from outside about 7 am in the morning, until they noticed i was still in room and then left I'm not sure if it was staff or someone staying at the hotel... Other than these little inconvenience it was pretty good I liked my stay overall.

Asked for extra towels in room; none were left therefore had to track down housekeeping for them. Room was not freshened up (beds left unmade, supplies not restocked). Jets for hot tub did not work. Lack of pool towels and given the excuse that it was due to guests taking them to their rooms rather than just rectify the situation. One front desk employee and maintenance employee were difficult to interact with.

The rooms are very old looking, very cold in the room, lighting was horrible it always flickering. The staff was friendly, but this hotel needs updating bad.

There is no baffles in the pool so it is beyond noisy. There are no chairs in the pool area for adults.
There were no towels in the pool area so we had to call for same.
The pillows ratio was inadequate for four sleepers. So we asked for three more.
There was only one single small blanket for the pull out bed, my daughter and granddaughter were shivering all night.
There were two dogs (dash hounds) that made noise cons.
