Hotel is located about 10 min away from Cathedral near highway off-ramp. Check-in was efficient and welcoming. They offered a complementary coupon for a champagne on-site with some munchies in the lobby. The room was good size Europe. But I would consider this as a 3-3.5 star vs 4 star hotel as the finishing was just a bit tacky with purple themes, wine, grapes, etc ... I would have preferred a gym on-site. The breakfast was bountiful and a great selection. I would stay in this hotel again for the price.

Habitués du groupe Accor, et en particulier des hôtels Mercure, petite déception après notre séjour de 2 nuits au Mercure cathédrale de Reims ces 2 derniers jours. Rien à dire sur notre chambre Privilège typique des Mercure et l’accueil du personnel En revanche, la salle de bains est digne au grand maximum d’un trois étoiles, et certainement pas d’un 4 étoiles , avec des carreaux cassés, la porte d’accès complètement abîmée en bas Ah j’oubliais quand même pour la chambre le rideau troué….

Un hotel un po' vecchiotto, con corridoi bassi e angusti, camere minuscole. Ben situato al centro di Reims. Personale gentile e colazione corretta, ma dovrebbe essere migliore per il prezzo pagato. Per una notte e via puo' andare, ma sono convinto che si possa trovare di meno caro per lo stesso servizio.

The reception staff were super welcoming and friendly. The free parking under the hotel was really convenient and easy to navigate. Great breakfast buffet too. We came for Christmas markets and it was just a short walk to the cathedral and then through the historic streets to the market.

L’hôtel est bien situé le long du canal à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du centre-ville. L’accueil est sympathique et professionnel avec des attentions particulières pour les membres platinum. Les chambres Privilège sont assez grandes, modernes et fonctionnelles. Belle salle de bain propre aux hôtels Mercure. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est varié tant en salé qu’en sucré avec des produits de qualité. Le personnel de la réception et du restaurant est charmant, tout comme les femmes de chambre. Parking payant mais sécurisé au sous-sol, de quoi protéger les bouteilles de champagne achetées chez votre viticulteur préféré. Il est à noter que des bornes de recharge sont à disposition. L’hôtel
