"We had a great stay at the Hyatt Centric Reims. The hotel is very well located, with easy access by car and pleasant walking routes to the cathedral and the city centre. It was also perfect for morning runs along the river. The room was thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. We especially liked the walk-in shower, the complimentary bottle of water, the French press coffee and the well-functioning air conditioning. There was also a cosy love-seat bench tucked into a small nook, which gave the room a nice and inviting feel. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. They allowed us to check in at 11:30 a.m., which we really appreciated, and when we left, they gave us a small goodbye bag with water and a granola bar for the road. Such a simple but genuinely thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a very positive experience from start to finish, and we would happily stay here again."

"Do consider staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Reims with a car. With a 7-minute drive from the city center, you get a more spacious room with facilities much more than a 3-star. We couldn’t manage to arrive on time for check-in, but they have kindly found out an alternative to work it out. Attached photo displays the outdoor patio to our room!"

"Stop for one night before returning to the UK. Not in the center of Lance, basically it must be self-driving. There is a large retail park within a 5-minute drive, and there are plenty of restaurants in the mall. As a journey rest stop, 10 minutes is convenient. Room is large for the price and right below the hotel is a restaurant that served good food. Staffs are generally helpful and friendly.
