スタッフはとても親切でいい。ランス市街からは結構離れてる。Wi-Fiが1階のフロアの部屋だと繋がらなかった。そこはかなり不満。

Nous avons été facturés deux fois pour le même séjour. Ceci en janvier 2024. Le 17 mars, nous n'avons toujours pas reçu de réponse officielle concernant ce grave préjudice. Nous avons même écrit au Directeur Général de Louvre hôtels France. Assurement

Plus: Very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, parking on premises.

Les lits sont confortables.
La chambre petite mais pas grave pour une nuit.
La chambre donne sur la réception. C'est très es bruyant.
La douche à refaire, du calcaire sur la robinetterie, le rideau de douche à remplacer, le bas de douche à décaper.
