Very nice hotel with great location. Clean, nice room. People at hotel are friendly and helpful. But one side of building, the corridor is a bit dark. Need to change the lamp to the lighter one. Automatic lamp works a bit slow. I am a bit afraid to walk on corridor.

It started well but after a nice night out (2 nights in Reims), we came back to our room and maids had entered without permission and despite a ‘do not enter’ sign. They moved luggage, clothing, and valuables. It took us half an hour to check that nothing was missing from. What’s worse is that they took towels and didn’t replace them. Reception was u helpful and unapologetic The fitness room is almost unusable, the room service menu has less than 10 items and there is very little personal service.

Excellent location and helpful staff. Had an issue with a stain on a comforter cover but staff immediately provided new sheets. Super quiet, nice bathroom and convenient storage for clothes and luggage.

Personnel très professionnel et accueillant, chambre correcte et excellente literie, salle de bain spacieuse, petit déjeuner copieux mais salle petite , emplacement bien situé en centre ville mais bruyant ( un samedi) car musique dans un bar proche malgré le fait que nous étions à l arrière de l hôtel

This hotel is very conveniently located from the train station in the downtown lane with all the restaurants and 5 minutes away from the Reims Cathedral. Are you a good walker? Then 40 minutes to the Veuve Cliquot. We did not hear any noise from the street and breakfast was quite copious. The heating worked well. A slight problem with the shower drainage but it was in the morning we left. They kept our small luggage while we continued exploring. I would stay here again.
