I was told that I hadn't paid when I checked in due to trouble, and I was told that I couldn't confirm that day due to system trouble. I contacted trip.com and found that the payment had been completed, so there was no problem after that. The walls are thin so I was annoyed that I could hear a stupid black man talking loudly next door. Good location. Good staff.

Ne correspond pas du tout au descriptif. La chambre trop petite avec des 4 lits superposées. Comme dirais mon petit-fils, on se croirait en prison. Vraiment pas pour les familles, nous n'y avons d'ailleurs pas séjourné mais pris un autre hôtel.

Good value for the money
Good accomendation to a fair price 10 - 15 minutes walk from the city center and close to the fotball stadium. Nice and helpful staff. It was problem with the lock at my room so they give me another room.

Arrivé à votre hébergement en très mauvais état (insolation) j'ai été fort bien pris en charge par le personnel d'accueil et d'entretien. Je très à remercier ces personnes et à les féliciter pour la qualité de leur écoute. Bravo ! Vous êtes des gens superbes !

Lucie est très arrangeante, nous avions besoin d'une chambre pour quelques heures car nous arrivions de BORDEAUX et ma fille devait se présenter au concours d'entrée à l'école d'art dramatique. Ma fille a pu grâce à cela, se préparer au mieux pour se présenter à 17 H à son audition. Merci lucie
